Refund Policy
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it free of cost.
Replacement orders are shipped within 3–5 business days once approved.
In certain cases, we may request product photos/videos to verify the issue and speed up processing.
Return Policy
Orders are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Perishable goods (e.g., spices, food, organic items)

Customized or personalized items

Shipping & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged, wrong, or defective item).
In cases where the error is ours, Earthly Essence India will bear the full return shipping cost.
